Ele has lived and worked harm reduction for over 25 years, focusing on equity, autonomy and empowerment of people who use drugs. She is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at AIVL, Australia’s national peer-led drug user organisation.

Craig started in D&A adolescent family services in the early 1990s. Since then, he's delivered a range of clinic and community services with vulnerable populations. Craig as D&A Service Director also has more than two decades of NSW Health patient advocacy expertise. Central to his patient engagement expertise is co-design.

I am a peer. I draw on my education and work experience in health promotion, harm reduction, community involvement and time working in the prisons, to deliver the Hepatitis C Campaign for Its Your Right II Campaign for AIVL in collaboration with Burnet, EC Australia and the AIVL Member organisations

Associate Professor Matthew Gullo is a clinical psychologist in the School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University. He has authored over 137 scientific publications and been awarded over $9M in research funding. A true scientist-practitioner, he continues to provide treatment services at the Alcohol and Drug Assessment Unit, Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Pulan is a research fellow whose work focuses on alcohol and digital health. Her current research explores chatbot performance and how people use it to seek alcohol-related information and support.

Isabelle Volpe is a Research Fellow at the National Drug Research Institute. Her work explores how drug policies are implemented, lived, and made meaningful in everyday settings. She draws on Science and Technology Studies and critical social science to unsettle normative assumptions and foreground what is often overlooked or obscured.

Nick is a clinical psychologist and board-approved supervisor with experience across mental health and AOD settings. As Chair of the Research Working Group at Lives Lived Well, he coordinates research and supports implementation of programs including First Step, Red Dust Healing, Low-Intensity Mental Empowerment, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Jai is a drug researcher, harm reduction advocate and drug user interested in a broad range of health research topics. He is particularly interested in research that pertains to harm reduction, drug policy, lived and living experience, and the intersection of these areas and Te Ao Māori

Applied mental health and substance use researcher working with people with lived and living experience to strengthen research and practice. Her PhD examined cognitive and psychological correlates of delusion-like beliefs. Elle is currently the research coordinator for The Building Belonging Project, examining loneliness in people accessing AOD treatment.
