Dr Andre Liew is a Public Health and Addiction Medicine Registrar at The Langton Centre in Sydney.

Brett Hodges is a passionate harm reduction advocate working at Insight as an AOD Lived Experience Educator providing training and workforce development across the AOD sector in Queensland, and particularly the rapidly developing AOD peer support space.

Zalehah Turner is a Drug Health Peer Worker at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney with lived and living experience of physical and psychological dependence and mental health challenges. She is interested in reducing stigma and advancing person-centred, trauma-informed approaches to care. She has a BA in Communication (writing and cultural studies).

Sally Boardman, BSc(Hons), MPhil(Psych) works at the Matilda Centre, University of Sydney, delivering Comorbidity Guidelines training and helping to lead the Community of Practice for AOD practitioners nationwide. Sally has worked in psychiatric settings internationally, and previously served as National training Manager and Innovation Lead at SMART Recovery Australia.

Kirrilly conducts applied ethnographic and mixed-methods research on workplace interventions and workforce development in the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector. She has a PhD in cultural anthropology.
