Benedict is a high-performing and enthusiastic early career researcher with experience and skills in population health and mixed-methods research. His research focuses on exploring the health and wellbeing of marginalised and disadvantaged groups including people experiencing homelessness, refugees, people seeking asylum, and people engaged in problematic substance use.

Dr Elisabeth Yarbakhsh is a research officer at the Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Association ACT. Her current area of interest is workforce development. Dr Yarbakhsh obtained her PhD from The Australian National University in 2017 and has published widely in social research, including anthropology and public health.
