Kylie is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney Her research in alcohol and other drug use is led by community or health service requests. Kylie is lead editor on a clinical textbook requested by Indigenous alcohol and other drug workers nationally.

Scott has been employed by the Aboriginal Drug and Alcohol Council (SA) Inc since November 1993. Scott's experience in the areas of substance use, misuse and abuse has seen him on nearly every major governmental and non-government committee in Australia over the past 30 years. In 2017, Scott was the recipient of the APSAD First Peoples Award Scott is Lead Convenor of SAACCON and Deputy Convenor of CoP

Matthew Stevens, PhD, is an addiction researcher working at The University of Adelaide. His research is broadly focused on scaling up screening and early intervention for substance use disorders.

Rachel Reilly is Associate Professor in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide and a Program Lead in Social and Emotional Wellbeing Research in the Wardliparingga Aboriginal Health Equity Theme at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute. Since 2016 she has worked with Prof James Ward on exploring novel community-led approaches to addressing methamphetamine-related harm in Aboriginal communities nationally.
