Biography

Katinka is a Principal Consultant at 360Edge and a Research Manager at Hello Sunday Morning. She is a Visiting Fellow at the Drug Policy Modelling Program at UNSW. She has extensive expertise in alcohol and other drug treatment services systems, program evaluation, workforce needs and client outcomes.

Biography

Michelle Hall is an experienced clinical research manager with over 20 years in industry, health services, and not-for-profits. She has led international trials, co-authored peer-reviewed papers, and now coordinates NSW DACRIN, supporting services to embed impactful research that improves outcomes for people seeking treatment for substance use dependencies.

Biography

Kevin is a member of several consumer advisory groups and committees, including the NSW Health Consumer Reference Committee and Quality in Treatment Committee. Kevin is passionate about people with lived and living experience input into service co-design. He is a strong advocate for the decriminalisation of personal possession and use.

Biography

Eleanor Costello is an experienced public health and prevention practitioner, focused on improving the health and wellbeing of populations, communities and individuals in Australia. Eleanor has dedicated the past twenty-five years to building the evidence-base for public health and prevention within both the public sector and not-for profit areas, with the goal of increasing the priority for and investment into effective public health and prevention solutions locally, nationally and globally. Eleanor currently oversees the Evidence area of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF), that guides evidence translation into practice across the ADF.
