Matthew Stevens is a senior research fellow at the University of Adelaide. He is interested in the identification, prevention, and treatment of addictive and substance-use behaviours. His current role at the University of Adelaide School of Biomedicine is focused on improving AOD screening and intervention using the ASSIST.

Dr Cock is an Addiction Medicine Specialist and Clinical Director of DASSA. Since graduating as a doctor in 1998 in South Africa she has spent her career advocating for and providing health care to marginalised communities in a variety of settings across the world.

Anna McVinish works as a specialist AOD clinician, was the nurse clinical lead for Australia’s first trial of SIOT and subsequently travelled to survey heroin-assisted treatment models internationally as part of a Churchill Fellowship. She also works at MSIC, is passionate about drug checking, harm reduction and healthcare rights.

Yasmin is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with a passion for supporting societies most vulnerable, those with a lived experience of DV, childhood trauma and repeated incarceration.

Sophie Carse is a clinical psychologist working in the Drug and Alcohol Service at St Vincent’s Hospital providing outpatient support to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Dorota is a counsellor with the St Vincent’s Hospital Stimulant Services, an outpatient service supporting individuals in addressing their stimulant use.
