Dr Annie Madden AO is the Executive Director of Harm Reduction Australia. Annie has a PhD in drug policy from UNSW and has been involved in drug policy reform for over 30 years. She is a co-investigator on the 'Solutions Not Stigma' study and a co-author of the published report.
