Biography

Dr Sandra Sunjic has worked in the Drug and Alcohol field for more than 35 years, with clinical, management, service development, research, and evaluation experience, in hospitals, the community and custodial settings. In 1999 she received the inaugural Tedd Noffs Award for outstanding contribution to the Drug & Alcohol field.

Biography

Jane Moreton has worked in the Victorian alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector for over 20 years, and at the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association (VAADA) since 2013. Throughout her career Jane has worked in both clinical, and project management settings in the not-for-profit sector focusing on change and capacity building. She is a strong advocate for service systems to focus on improving outcomes for consumers. Her long-term experience of the sector has also informed her understanding of the need not just for service systems to evolve their responses to improve outcomes for consumers, but for consumers to actively participate in decision making processes.

Sophia Glasgow (she/her) is a research assistant at the University of Queensland, supporting projects to improve AOD treatment for young people. She is interested in improving access for high-risk and underserved populations. Sophia is completing a PhD focused on digital mental health accessibility for d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing Australians.
