Emma Kill is CEO of QuIVAA. With lived experience and over 30 years in the AOD sector, she champions grassroots advocacy and harm reduction. Grounded in narcofeminist principles, her work focuses on the rights of people who use drugs, peer-led research, and elevating the voices of people who use drugs through leadership and representation.
