Anne-Marie Laslett is a Principal Research Fellow at the Centre for Alcohol Policy Research (CAPR) at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Anne-Marie is internationally renowned for her research on Alcohol's Harm to Others. She is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Alcohol and Drug Research (IJADR). IJADR is the small but expanding journal of the Kettil Bruun Society for Social and Epidemiological Research on Alcohol. She is a field editor at Alcohol: Clinical and Experimental Reviews (ACER) and on the Board of ADDICTA: The Turkish Journal on Addictions.

Robin Room is a sociologist who has previously directed alcohol and drug research centres in the U.S., Canada and Sweden, besides Australia. His main research interests are social, cultural and epidemiological studies of alcohol, with an interest also in drugs and gambling behaviour and problems, in social responses to the problems, and the effects of policy changes. He has been Editor-in-Chief of Drug and Alcohol Review for 15 years, and before that was Editor of Contemporary Drug Problems for 25 years.

Michael Livingston is an alcohol policy researcher and epidemiologist based at the National Drug Research Institute at Curtin University. His work focusses on trends and patterns of alcohol consumption and harm at the population level and on evaluating the impacts of alcohol policy interventions. He has been on the editorial boards of Drug and Alcohol Review and Addiction for over a decade and is currently a Senior Editor at both journals.
