Kristie Mammen is the Manager of the AOD Value Based Healthcare Program, at the Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs, NSW Ministry of Health. She has worked in the AOD sector for more than 20 years, in a range of clinical, evaluation and service improvement roles, and is a registered psychologist and an APS Member.

Dr Suzie Hudson is an accredited mental health social worker with a PhD who has worked in the AOD, MH and FMH fields for over 25 years. A clinical leader and current Clinical Advisor at NSW Health, Suzie is an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at NDARC, and is a community-based therapist.

Annie Malcolm is a Nurse/Midwife, with a BA in Social Science/Communication, post graduate studies in Addiction and is a dinosaur with over 30 years’ experience in health. She is the Nurse Educator for the Value Based Health Care Project in the Centre for Alcohol and other Drugs (NSW Health), coordinating the development and implementation of a Workforce Development Package to support treatment services to implement the NSW Clinical Care Standards for AOD Treatment.
