Biography

Emma has worked as a researcher and project officer in public health since 2002, including over a decade in drug and alcohol research and four years in perinatal mental health research. She has also worked as an NSP and client support worker at a substance use treatment centre in Wales.

Programme Officer at the Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation Section of the UNODC Drug Prevention and Health Branch - has been involved since 2005 in the implementation of UNODC’s global projects on drug dependence treatment and care in different functions. She is a Psychology graduate with further training in Public Health.
