Dr Qian is the Research Project Officer at the ISLHD Drug and Alcohol Service. She has coordinated more than 30 drug and alcohol research projects. Her research is multidisciplinary in nature and is published in fields of drug and alcohol, health informatics, health services research and nursing management.
