Biography

Ian Mackay is now a Principal House Officer in the Emergency Department at Rockhampton Hospital. In his Senior House Officer year he worked in the COVID-19 virtual ward and was interested inpatient outcomes admitted to hospital. This presentation discusses the resultant paper.

Biography

Kitty Lau is an MPhil student with School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong. She works with Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health to generate data-driven insights through epidemiological modeling and inform public health decisions in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic.

David works as an Infectious Diseases Physician at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, and has been actively involved in the COVID-19 response, and involved in the care of people living with HIV in an ambulatory and inpatient setting. He is a current PhD candidate at Monash University.

Biography

Ha-Linh Quach received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Hong Kong and MPhil Applied Epidemiology from Australian National University. Her research interests include social epidemiology, environmental and occupational health, and infectious disease modelling.

Biography

Dr. Tashi Dendup works as a Sr. Program Manager with Save the Children Bhutan. He holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Public Health. Dr. Tashi previously worked for Bhutan’s Ministry of Health. He also worked as a consultant providing technical assistance to government and international organizations.
