Prof Jeffrey V. Lazarus (PhD, MIH, MA) is the head of the Health Systems Research Group at ISGlobal and Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona as well as a senior scholar at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. He earlier served as Professor at LUHS Medical Academy, Lithuania, and as Affiliated Professor at the WHO Collaborating Centre on HIV and Viral Hepatitis at Rigshospitalet, the University of Copenhagen, and at the University of Porto, Portugal.

Associate Professor Kavitha Muthiah is an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist specialising in heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support. She is a current staff specialist at St Vincent's Hospital, conjoint Associate Professor at UNSW and Clinical Faculty at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. She currently serves as the cardiac representative on council for the Transplant Society of Australia and New Zealand. She has over 45 publications in peer reviewed journals. Her research interests include translational work in left ventricular assist devices which has been supported through competitive national and international grant funding.

Biography
Dr Mel Kelly is a staff specialist in Infectious Diseases and Sexual Health Medicine at The Albion Centre and the Prince of Wales Hospital. She is the medical lead for the t150 transgender health service. Her clinical and research interests include HIV and Viral hepatitis, transgender health, novel antibiotics in the context of STIs and the provision of optimal healthcare to the LGBTQ community. She holds a conjoint lecturer position with the school of population health at UNSW.

Dr Mark O’Reilly is a Sexual Health Physician and HIV specialist General Practitioner at East Sydney Doctors. He is a clinical advisor to ASHM and is on the Australian HIV antiretroviral guidelines committee. Current interests include HIV and STI treatment and prevention, HIV clinical trials and medical education.
