Fiona is a GP in Brisbane who has worked as an S100 prescriber treating HIV since 2001. She is on the ASHM HIV Guidelines committee, the National Monkeypox Taskforce, and is current President of AusPATH (the Australian Professional Association for Trans Health).

Biography

Dr Stuart Aitken is a sexual health physician at Queensland Children’s Gender Service, as well as in private practice on Queensland’s Gold Coast. His interests include endocrine treatments in gender-affirming care and developing models of care for trans and gender diverse populations. Olivia Donaghy, Psychologist, is the coordinator of the multi-disciplinary, statewide Queensland Children’s Gender Service. Olivia has worked for over ten years in Child & Youth Mental Health Services and is a current University of QLD PhD candidate exploring health outcomes in trans youth.

Biography

Joël grew up on Wiradjuri Country in the regional city of Albury and currently lives on Wangal Country (Sydney’s Inner West) with their two cats. They are an experienced public health and social policy, research, advocacy, and program evaluation manager bringing both lived experience and expertise to these roles. Joël has worked in community-controlled NGOs since 2016 and formerly as a senior policy advisor and program manager in government and NFP performing arts companies.

Dr Catriona Ooi is a sexual health physician and staff specialist working in the field of sexual health medicine at Royal North Shore Hospital. She is involved in research and is a Senior Lecturer with the University of Sydney Medical School. She has worked in HIV and STIs in Australia and overseas, in both developed countries and developing settings and has an interest in taxidermy.
