Gavin Prendergast has been a health promotion professional for over ten years. He works from a community development model with LGBTQI people, focusing on the culturally diverse outer urban area of Western Sydney. He is responsible for ACON’s Community Partnerships Program and rapid HIV testing pop-up clinic in Western Sydney.

Nabreesa worked as a doctor in the UK and rural Uganda and completed a Master of Public Health at the University of Melbourne, specialising in sexual health. Nabreesa is committed to working with communities to empower women and find community-led solutions to improving sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Wa’el Sabri worked in different roles and capacities in the area of HIV and hepatitis. He has a wealth of experience in working with culturally and linguistically diverse background communities. Currently, Wa’el is working with the Multicultural HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Service in Sydney as a Senior Community Engagement Officer.

Donatella Cifali is a Senior Social Worker. She commenced working with the Multicultural HIV and Hepatitis Service in 2014. She oversees the service's Client Support Program. She enjoys working at the junction of individual and systemic issues with a view to empowerment, education, equity and justice.

Piergiorgio (Pier) Moro Programs & Projects Coordinator Pier is a Community Engagement and Project Officer working with people from a migrant and refugee background. His projects include the areas of sexual health, gender identity, blood borne viruses, stigma and cultural competence. Pier has worked in the community sector for over 25 years in diverse areas such as human rights, international development, labour rights, community radio, blood borne viruses and health promotion. Pier is also an experienced trainer. He has a Diploma of Education, a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science (Hons).
