Biography

Carolyn Murray is the Director Public Health Programs, Centre Population Health, Ministry of Health NSW. Carolyn has worked in the area of HIV and Sexual Health since 1993 both as a registered nurse, a health promotion officer and a manager. In 2020, Carolyn led the setup of NSW COVID central contact tracing team. Carolyn’s current portfolio undertakes policy and implementation in the areas of Tobacco, HIV, STIs and Hepatitis.

Biography

Tracey is currently the Programs Manager for Population Health for the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network and oversees hepatitis programs and harm reduction in the NSW Custodial system. Tracey has over twenty years’ experience as a manager of services who work with marginalised people, in particular people who inject drugs and young people. One of her major achievements was being part of the initial team to set up the Medically Supervised Injecting Centre. She holds a Masters of Public Health and a Masters of Health Management and has a strong belief in social justice.
