Biography

Meghan is a Program Manager with the HARP (HIV and Related Programs) Team in Hunter New England Local Health District. She has 14 years’ experience in implementing public health programs. Since 2019 Meghan has been working with HNE Mental Health Services, to improve Hepatitis C Testing and Care for Mental Health Consumers.

Biography

I worked for QuIHN since 2016 as Harm Reduction Worker. Since Feb 2019 I have taken on the position as Prison Transition Worker within SE QLD. I work with clients within prisons and community around their transition in or out of prisons. Educated as RN in Denmark – moved to Australia in 2002.

Biography

Kim Rayner is a Nurse Practitioner, Clinical leader, senior healthcare manager and company director with over 25 years’ experience in the community, primary healthcare, government and not for profit sectors within Victoria and Queensland. Kim currently holds the position of Clinical Lead (Innovation) and Nurse Practitioner at Micah Projects ( NGO) and has worked extensively to develop and deliver targeted and integrated models of care to marginalised and at risk populations groups. Kim is committed to the delivery of evidence based, trauma informed, person centred healthcare that is responsive to community needs and focussed on addressing health inequality.

Biography

Associate Professor  Jane Davies is a  Principal Research  Fellow at the Menzies School of Health Research and  the Co-Director of  Infectious Diseases  at the Royal Darwin Hospital. Her research focuses  on Hepatitis B spanning molecular and clinical epidemiology as well as  translation and  implementation of holistic and sustainable  clinical care.
